They provide milk, fresh fruit, and eggs, that is great. The rooms are good sized and brand-new and the staff is excellent! And it's 19 miles from Noi Bai International airport.

Ask about the laundry service. It's efficient and leaves your clothes smelling fresh without delay.

There were an electric kettle and glassware in the reasonably priced and brand-new room. The beds were extremely comfy, the bathroom was great-sized as expected. Location: the hotel was just next door to the Old Quarter, other districts and the taxi. I was happy to find Cha ca a Ngu Restaurant, it was at a medium distance from the venue and served nice food.

Perfect location handily placed to walk to all of Hanoi's major attractions, cooperative staff, everything was nice. The breakfast was sensational as expected with enthusiastic chef. The service we got was good. Took advantage of concierge service, wake up calls and ironing, they were free of charge.

The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, helping me arrange good tours in the area. My room was beautifully maintained and offered a peaceful retreat after my daily adventures.

Navigating the stairs with my luggage was a challenge, and while I received help upon arrival, there was no assistance during checkout. It left me with a sense of inconvenience that overshadowed my experience.

Everything was perfect. I stayed for 1 night in a Superior Double Room, No Window, and it was clean and spacious. The staff were very good too help me, especially Du and Kiet. Laundry services were quick and nice-smelling. Plus, it's a short walk to the old quarter 😊

The location is ideal, just a short walk from key sights like Hoan Kiem Lake and local museums, providing easy exploration. Perfect service from the staff, who are not only friendly but also offer practical help, like storing bags after checkout. Room amenities were satisfactory, with powerful air conditioning and daily cleaning. Homemade pastries served at breakfast were a good surprise.

Really good Staff and Clean Rooms

I was really impressed with the excellent service from the staff, especially Chuyen, who helped me find local tourist attractions. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was also great to be just a few minutes away from Hanoi Railway Station, made my travels so convenient. I did find the check-in policy a bit inconvenient since I had to wait for two hours despite the room being ready.

The room was super clean and had everything I needed, including a handy map of Hanoi with great suggestions. I really enjoyed the massage services and relaxing spa treatments, which were perfect after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the WiFi was a bit spotty on my floor, but it didn't really bother me much. 😊

Incredibly helpful staff, spotlessly clean room, and a great breakfast selection with homemade pastries made for a fantastic stay at this conveniently located hotel just a short walk from the railway station.
