They provide milk, fresh fruit, and eggs, that is great. The rooms are good sized and brand-new and the staff is excellent! And it's 19 miles from Noi Bai International airport.

The hotel staff was quite rude.

There were an electric kettle and glassware in the reasonably priced and brand-new room. The beds were extremely comfy, the bathroom was great-sized as expected. Location: the hotel was just next door to the Old Quarter, other districts and the taxi. I was happy to find Cha ca a Ngu Restaurant, it was at a medium distance from the venue and served nice food.

Its location to other districts of the city is marvellous and unbeatable. The restaurant serves delicious Vietnamese food🙂

The rooms at this hotel were basic, but they were impressively clean and comfortable. In fact, they felt brand new! For the price we paid, it was definitely the best value we could find, and we weren't disappointed. They even provided free toiletries like toothbrushes and complimentary coffee in the rooms. The showers and bathrooms were also modern and impeccably clean. It's not always easy to find such quality in this price range, but this hotel definitely delivered. The location in the city center was also a major plus, with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants just a short walk away.

There was really nothing negative to mention about this hotel. All was well.

The hotel offers well-equipped and brand-new rooms with a comfy bed and very late notice, as example. The staff are very attentive and ready to help if you need anything. 27 minutes drive to the airport, it is located handily placed to walk to all of Hanoi's major attractions.

The stay here was VERY GOOD for the first time being Hanoi in business trip. The staff were excellent and amiable and kept the place clean. We stayed in a family room which was brand-new and airy.

Perfect location handily placed to walk to all of Hanoi's major attractions, cooperative staff, everything was nice. The breakfast was sensational as expected with enthusiastic chef. The service we got was good. Took advantage of concierge service, wake up calls and ironing, they were free of charge.

We were able to secure a great value for our romantic escape. The bed was comfy and the room was neat. We also enjoyed the hot shower and the staff was really friendly.

The breakfast was a letdown and there weren't many restaurants in the area. To make it worse, the location was a little out of the way.

The hotel is located in a lively area. It is situated in the old district. I greatly enjoyed Luna d'Autunno, which was just a short walk from the hotel and offered nice treats. The hotel has free parking.

The venue is clean, with marvellous location not far from the train station, Quan A Ngon restaurant and the Old Quarter...

It is also near the central station, which is perfect for those who plan to travel around. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a high-pressure shower. The staff is attentive and accommodating, ensuring that all our requests were met. Additionally, the breakfast included in our stay had a good selection of options and was a great way to start our day.
